• As a physician with a strong foundation in healthcare management, I currently serve as the Client Service Manager at Counseling Services. In this role, I focus on improving the client experience through thoughtful clinical coordination, operational efficiency, and compassionate and clear communication. My goal is to ensure every person feels truly heard, supported, and guided—starting from their very first interaction with us and continuing throughout their care journey.

    I'm especially passionate about the intersection of medicine, management, and innovation. I bring both clinical insight and systems-level thinking to my work, aiming to create smoother processes and more human-centered experiences. With training from Harvard University and ongoing graduate studies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics, I’m committed to advancing both client outcomes and the future of mental healthcare.
