Iβm glad youβre hereβand Iβd love to tell you a little about myself. Before I became a therapist, I spent years on stage as an actress and teaching drama to kids and teens. That experience taught me how powerful storytelling can beβand how much we all crave being seen and heard. I especially loved working with young people who felt overlookedβwhether they were navigating school challenges, figuring out their identity, or finding their voice in the LGBTQIA+ community. Helping them build confidence and healthy coping skills became my calling, first as a behavior interventionist and school counselor, and now as a therapist.
My clinical style combines evidence-based interventions with real life experiences to create a plan that best suits the client. I draw on tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and creative arts to tackle anxiety, grief, regulation, somatic distress, anger, complex family dynamics, and more. I weave in humor, pop-culture references, and creative activities so our work together feels engaging and genuinely you. You can expect a safe, judgment-free space where honesty is encouraged and laughter is welcome.
Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are. My approach is warm, inclusive, and rooted in compassion. Weβll team up to uncover your strengths, experiment with practical strategies, and support you through lifeβs ups and downs. If youβre ready for a therapist who sees the whole youβyour story, your quirks, your dreamsβIβm here, and I'm excited to work with you. -
