Hi all, my name is Sandra Alvarez, and Iβm an associate marriage and family therapist with over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I am proud to be a first generation Mexican American, and I am immensely passionate about serving the Latinx community. I obtained my Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Palo Alto University. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, person-centered, and collaborative, emphasizing compassion, patience, and understanding. I specialize in addressing a variety of complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family conflicts.
