My approach to psychotherapy is a collaborative relational process between client and therapist. In my approach, I see my diverse clients not as a collection of symptoms and problems. I see a complete emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual human being who is facing problems, pain, and/or challenges which they feel they need help to process and resolve.
