My passion is to help adults, couples and teens resolve troubling thoughts that lead to challenging feelings like fear, anxiety and guilt, as these are the emotions that negatively impact how people live their lives. I create a supportive environment where clients feel safe and free to express the worries, fears and barriers that have interfered with achieving life's goals. My focus is to help clients improve self-esteem, strengthen relational bonds, as well as improve emotional self-control and listening skills. Using a collaborative approach, I assist clients with resolving unhealthy family and social relationships.
