Hola, I am a Bilingual Latina Clinical Psychological Associate and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with eight years of experience in community mental health agencies and private practice as a therapist. I am the Director of Clinical Training here at Counseling Services, Inc. I also supervise the pre-licensed master’s level clinicians. I specialize in working with Latinx individuals/families and adolescents/young adults. I have worked with individuals (children, adolescents, young adults, adults), couples, and families as a unit in various cultures and social backgrounds. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD (immigration, abuse), self-harm, and grief and loss, to name a few. I focus on helping you rebuild your interpersonal relationships (community/village) and learn how the past influences your present behaviors. In sessions, I create a judgment-free zone and offer a safe space for you to feel heard and be your true, authentic self. You lead, and I guide.
